The app is used solely by authorized administrators of Out And About to publish marketing content (event flyers, photos, videos, and announcements) to our own Facebook Page and Instagram account via the Meta Graph API.The information processed by the application is limited to:• Authentication tokens issued by Meta to our authorized administrators• Page and account identifiers for our own Facebook Page and Instagram Business account• Media content (images, videos, text captions) created by us for publication

2. HOW WE USE INFORMATIONThe information described above is used only to:• Publish posts, photos, and videos to our own Facebook Page and Instagram account• Schedule posts for future publication• Manage our own social media presence as a small business

3. INFORMATION SHARINGWe do not sell, rent, trade, or otherwise share personal information with third parties. The only third party that processes data through this application is Meta Platforms, Inc. (Facebook and Instagram), through their official Graph API, in order to publish content to our own accounts.

4. DATA STORAGE AND SECURITYAuthentication tokens and credentials are stored locally in environment configuration files on devices operated by authorized administrators of Out And About. We take reasonable measures to protect this information from unauthorized access.

5. PUBLIC CONTENTPosts published to our Facebook Page and Instagram account (@cluboutandabout) are public by their nature and are governed by Meta's own privacy policies.

6. CHILDREN'S PRIVACYOut And About is a 21+ venue. Our content and digital channels are not directed at children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13.

7. YOUR RIGHTSBecause we do not collect personal data from the public through the Azucar Posters application, there is no personal data for individuals to access, correct, or delete. If you interact with our Facebook Page or Instagram account directly, your data is handled by Meta in accordance with their policies.
